A Disappointing Experience with Unresponsive Management
During our stay, we encountered frequent plumbing issues, and the lack of accommodation during a snowstorm was frustrating. I suggest looking for places that prioritize customer service and show genuine care for their guests.

Solo traveler looking for comfort
I stayed for 6 nights and the location was great! Walkable to most landmarks, and the staff was helpful despite the language barrier. They even arranged for a free room cleaning since I stayed for so long.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was alright for the quality I got.

Would definitely recommend for a fleeting moment
Comfortable room, clean shower, with a cozy bed that suited my preference for firmness and excellent shower pressure, this small but well-organized place offers a 24-hour reception for convenience and is just a 10-minute walk from Chapultepec.

I booked a Deluxe Double Room for one night. The room felt spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The location was quiet, close to food options, making it convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive, really exceeding my expectations during my trip. However, I faced issues with the kitchen faucet. it had some problems that made it difficult to use. Also, there’s no lift, which might be a hassle for some, especially with heavy luggage. Overall, a pleasant stay but a couple of areas needing attention.

ideal base for exploring museums and parks in mexico city
I had a fantastic stay in a deluxe room where the staff were incredibly kind and my room was super clean, which made it easy for me to quickly head out and explore nearby attractions like the museo nacional de antropologia just a 15-minute walk away and the beautiful jardin botanico del bosque de chapultepec that's only about 500 meters away. i loved having so much to see right at my fingertips! as a solo traveler, the welcoming vibe and comfort made for a perfect retreat at the end of my busy days, but there could be a bit more attention to room service options for longer stays.
